At Campbellcroft Outdoor School, we offer three enrollment pathways designed to reflect how families grow with us.

Each pathway supports a different stage of growth — and all are welcome!

🌳 Roots Plan

Our deepest level of commitment — and best value
The Roots Plan is designed for families who attend consistently and want a steady, predictable rhythm throughout the school year.
Families choose fixed weekdays based on our themed programming (Food, Art, Bushcraft, Games, Wee Ones), and those days remain reserved for the full session.
Roots families receive:
• Guaranteed space on chosen days
• Priority access to additional days and summer programs
• The lowest daily tuition rate
• Equal monthly payments for predictable budgeting

This plan honours the families who are deeply committed to growing with us year-round.
Best for: This option is best suited to families seeking consistency and long-term enrollment.
Rate: $45 per day (effective rate)

🌿 Branch Plan

Flexible structure with reliable access
The Branch Plan is ideal for families who attend regularly but need flexibility month to month.
Families commit to a minimum number of days per month and select their specific attendance days during a monthly registration window.
Branch families receive:
•Reserved access within their committed minimum days                                                               
• Monthly flexibility to choose specific weekdays
• Predictable monthly tuition
• Priority booking before Leaf families
• Days selected in advance through a monthly signup window

This plan allows your schedule to branch and shift — while still maintaining a strong connection to our program.
Best for: Families attending 1–2 days per week who need adaptability within structure. Minimum of four days per month required for this plan. 
Rate: $55 per day

🌱 Leaf Plan

An open invitation to grow with us
The Leaf Plan is for families who are exploring, attending occasionally, or trying the program for the first time.
Attendance is space-available and opens after Roots and Branch families have selected their days.
Leaf families receive:
• No long-term commitment
• Flexible booking when space allows
• Opportunity to upgrade to Branch or Roots as availability permits

This is a beautiful place to begin.
Best for: Families testing the waters or attending irregularly.
Rate: $60 per day
